DESCRIPTION

  • Plants prostrate to erect, hairy with creeping growth
  • Flowers:  Violet color.
  • Long, wide and flat sheath

FEATURES

  • It performs best in sandy to loamy soils with very low pH.
  • Not suitable for soils prone to waterlogging
  • Good persistence, even in intense grazing systems,
  • Good re-growth and winter growth over the years.

SOWING 

  • Sowing Period: September to November.
  • Sowing Rate:
    • Pure: 3 – 8 kg/ha 
    • Mixture: 0.5 –4 kg/ha
  • Compatible species: grasses and legumes for different dry land meadows
  • Inoculant: Specific group “Biserrula”
