Oilseed and Industrial crops are commonly industrially processed before use. For example, crops such as sunflower or rapeseed are grown to extract oil from their seeds. Other crops, such as cotton, are used exclusively in the textile industry. 

Semillas Batlle has multiple projects in our center for breeding these crops, as well as collaborations with other entities and groups to provide wide varieties of sunflower, rapeseed, Soybean, and Cotton.
